When returning an item, please send the box and accessories that were delivered with the product together. How to get a refund if I return an item

<For customers paying by bank transfer or at a convenience store>

Once the canceled or returned item arrives at our company, refunds will be made via PAYPAL or YOMOMENT gift cards. Please note that we cannot accept refunds in cash or by bank transfer. In the case of returns, refunds will be made within 7 working days after the returned item is confirmed. In addition, if the return is due to customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for the bank transfer fee for the refund.
